Need emergency cold storage?

Hire is the pressure valve

When a fixed cool room or freezer room is down, temporary hire can protect product, keep service moving or create backup capacity while repairs are handled. The same urgent hire path can help when an event organiser, caterer or site team realises too late that existing cold storage will not be enough.

Call first, then gather the details

For urgent hire, call the 24-hour line first. Be ready with what needs storage, chilled or frozen temperature, quantity or capacity, location, access, power, required dates and the latest useful delivery time. Clear facts help the team check a workable unit and route without wasting the remaining window.

• Product and chilled or frozen need
• Quantity or capacity
• Location, site access and power
• Hire duration
• Latest useful delivery time

Cool room, freezer room or chest freezer

Different products need different temporary storage. Drinks, food stock, frozen product, catering prep and event stock all create different access and temperature requirements.

Repair and hire can work together

If the hire need comes from a breakdown, mention the refrigeration fault too. ClubCold can triage the repair risk and the temporary storage need as one commercial problem.

Short notice is not a promise — but it is worth the call

ClubCold already operates a 24-hour commercial refrigeration service and repair line, so the team is often able to help coordinate Flexi Chill equipment at short notice. Availability, unit fit, access and delivery timing still need to be confirmed. For larger quantities or longer hires, earlier booking gives the best chance of meeting exact requirements.
